MADALYNNE FINERSON

USOA TEEN NEW YORK 2026

A New York girl — Born and raised! Her name is Maddy Finerson and she much more than just that! From living in Northern New York to Western New York, this Teen queen knows her crowd!

A COMMUNITY LEADER.

Her self-created initiative, The C.R.O.W.N. Project, stands for Creating Resources, Opportunities, and Women’s Necessities—a movement dedicated to empowering women and girls through access, advocacy, and action. Over the past five years, she has donated more than 350 hygiene baskets and 150 blankets to the Rochester YWCA, providing essential comfort and dignity to women in need. But her service doesn’t stop there. Whether she’s attending Thanksgiving Turkey Giveaways or participating in Making Strides for Breast Cancer walks — she leads with compassion, purpose, and pride. Her unwavering dedication to giving back reflects her belief to “Do what you love, and love what you do”. As a proud representative of her community, she continues to inspire others through her partnerships, uplift everyone through her experiences, and empower all by making a difference wherever she goes — even if it’s just by showing up and making someone smile. From local, to state, to national— she will only grow this service stronger.. from one community to the next.

A MUSICIAN.

Growing up, anything artistic was her muse. Weather that was acting as the ‘Door Mouse’ in the ‘Alice in Wonderland’ play, whistling into the head of a flute, swishing a paintbrush, learning hair cuts in Cosmetology trade school, or singing from her head to her toes… Maddy was never afraid of a challenge. Today, she continues to refine her talent by training with a vocal coach from the renowned Eastman School of Music in her hometown of Rochester. Through this dedication, her voice has become more than a melody—it’s a beam of light, shining on her advocacy for herself, all of Rochester, and now… All of New York.

AN ATHLETE.

A certified brick wall since 2015, Maddy has been defending goals and breaking barriers since she first stepped onto the soccer field at just seven years old. (Well—there was that brief ballet phase at age four, but according to Maddy, that doesn’t really count!) Her athletic journey began on the softball diamond, where she proudly took her place as an “esteemed batter”—a position she was convinced was hers alone. But everything changed when she discovered her true passion between the goalposts. At eight years old, she became a full-time soccer goalie, and she’s loved every save, dive, and victory ever since. Maddy has led multiple teams across New York State to tournament championships as a guest goalie, earned the title of ‘Goalie of the Week’ on the renowned Rochester Rush Travel Team, and guided her school’s Modified team to an undefeated season. Impressively, she has started and finished every game as the sole goalie on every team she has ever played for—a true testament to her endurance, leadership, and grit. What began as a childhood hobby has evolved into a lifelong passion that reflects Maddy’s spirit both on and off the field: resilient, fearless, and fiercely dedicated.

A STUDENT.

Believe it or not (because Maddy still can’t), she’s now a high school senior at her local public school, Victor Central Schools. Maddy balances academics, athletics, and community service with grace and determination and is well-known by her teachers and peers for being authentic, promoting authenticity, working hard, helping others, and preaching kindness loudly. As graduation approaches in June 2026, Maddy is setting her sights on a future in dentistry—a career that perfectly combines her attention to detail and her desire to help others feel confident in their own smiles. With her trademark optimism and drive, she hopes to one day open her own practice, continuing her mission of empowerment and care in a new way.

A TRAVELER.

From Canada to Curacao, and from Hawaii to Maine, Maddy’s passport tells a lot of stories! She has traveled to ten countries—including Canada, The Dominican Republic, Aruba, Haiti, Curaçao, Bonaire, The Bahamas, Spain, Italy, and France—and nearly every U.S. state in between — (yes, even Hawaii). Leaving you a multi-lingual (ish), multi-accented, and open-minded young woman. She’s always ready to try something new—especially when it comes to food—but if you really want to make her smile, bring her a fresh croissant from France (tears of joy are almost guaranteed).

MADALYNNE RAE-ELIZABETH FINERSON.

This is me! A 3 time Miss Congeniality winner, animal LOVER, a pink enthusiast, former Irish-step dancer, and the President of my own shopping club (also the only member) — but seriously, who doesn’t love a good Bath and Body Works, TJ Maxx, Kate Spade, Starbucks, Target all in 8 hours run with your bestie?

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S MISS NEW YORK

EMILEIGH MAZURKIEWICZ

USOA MISS NEW YORK 2026

Born and raised in Buffalo, New York, Emileigh Mazurkiewicz is a passionate advocate for
children and families in the foster care system, a devoted community leader, and an inspiring
young woman dedicated to service through empathy and education. At 24, she serves as a
Paralegal at The Barnes Firm, working under Managing Attorney Robert Schreck, where
she continues to develop her legal expertise and dedication to justice.
A 2023 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Niagara University, Emileigh earned dual degrees in
Psychology and Biology, along with double minors in Criminal Justice and American Deaf
Culture/American Sign Language. She is also currently obtaining her Juris Master from
Liberty University, further advancing her goal of becoming an attorney specializing in child and
family law.
Emileigh’s Community Service Initiative (CSI), Empowering Youth in Foster Care, was born
from a deeply personal story. On July 18, 2001, her father, Christopher Mazurkiewicz, a
decorated Army veteran, paramedic, and pilot, tragically lost his life in a plane crash. To honor
his legacy of generosity and compassion, her family became foster parents, opening their home
and hearts to children in need. Their journey led to the adoption of her younger brother, Zac,
after 1,235 days in foster care — an experience that inspired the creation of the Christopher
Flight School (CFS) program. Through this initiative, Emileigh works to expand foster family
support, increase community awareness, and strengthen youth development through her
FLIGHT framework — Foster Families, Legacy, Initiatives, Grants, Healthy Homes, and
Training.
Her advocacy extends across partnerships with organizations such as Girl Scouts of America,
Families and Children of Niagara, and multiple school districts in Western New York and
Canada. As Miss New York, she plans to launch a statewide FLIGHT Tour, bringing education,
empowerment, and resources to the 355,000 children currently in foster care across the United
States.
Beyond her advocacy, Emileigh is a singer, a dedicated volunteer, and a lifelong All-Star
Cheerleader — a discipline that has shaped her resilience, leadership, and commitment to
physical and mental health. Living with endometriosis and celiac disease, she has
transformed personal challenges into powerful advocacy opportunities, using her platform to
spread awareness about chronic illness, women’s health, and the importance of listening to
one’s body. Emileigh strives to create open conversations that foster understanding, promote
early diagnosis, and encourage others to live confidently with invisible conditions.
Guided by the words of poet John Donne — “No man is an island entire of itself; every man is a
piece of the continent, a part of the main” — Emileigh embodies the spirit of inclusion,
compassion, and empowerment. Her mission as USOA Miss New York is clear: to ensure that
every child, and every individual, regardless of circumstance, has the opportunity to soar.

UNITED STATES OF AMERICA'S MS NEW YORK

Her platform, the Metro Moving Movement, provides avenues for getting moving through sports you don’t typically see like cheerleading and dance. Growing up, she tried all types of sports, but it wasn’t until she started training in baton twirling, dance and cheer that she was motivated to get active regularly.

She attended Loyola University Maryland where she studied abroad and cheered at her host school, internationally. After graduation, she started coaching to help upcoming athletes experience the sports that helped shape her life.

By diversifying program offerings, we can cater to varying interests, and fuel wellness, passion for something new and confidence. She has worked with schools and community programs as a cheer and dance coach, helped coordinate a showcase, and co-coached a team to Nationals, which was an absolute honor.

Outside of her platform, she loves to try new activities, restaurants, cafes and lives with her four legged bestie, Bernie. She works in public relations and events in New York City, promoting local clients and non-profits helping to make a difference in our own backyard. She uses her experiences as a publicist and coach to curate Metro Moving Movement events and is excited to empower, inspire and uplift by bringing workshops statewide and beyond.

Emmalee Cinotti

Empower. Inspire. Uplift.

For Emmalee Cinotti, these aren’t just words — they’re the heart of everything she does. As United States of America’s Mrs. New York 2026, Emmalee embodies the power of women in business, creativity, and community. Her mission is to create moments of magic for others through kindness, entrepreneurship, and the belief that dreams — no matter how big — can be built with heart and hard work.

 Rooted in Community & Connection
Emmalee and her husband, Anthony, proudly call Western New York home. Together, they own investment real estate properties, including 21 Elm Street, in the charming village of East Aurora — a building that houses eight female-owned businesses. Their shared vision? To create a space where women can chase their dreams to thrive as business owners and grow side by side.

Emmalee comes from a large, close-knit family as the oldest of six siblings — a role that taught her early on about leadership, compassion, and setting an example for others to follow.
A Businesswoman with a Heart for Others
A proud graduate of the Richard J. Wehle School of Business at Canisius College with an MBA in Accounting, Emmalee’s entrepreneurial spirit shines across multiple successful ventures:

Braidbabes – a national hair-braiding company with locations in Buffalo, Nashville, Scottsdale and Atlanta.
The 66 Collective – a women’s clothing boutique where fashion meets confidence.
Emmalee’s Memories – a children’s entertainment company that brings fairytales to life through princess characters, spreading magic, joy, and hope to children across Western New York.
NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson – helping families and first-time buyers find their perfect homes throughout Western New York.

From empowering young girls through creativity to building platforms for women in business, Emmalee’s career is proof that leadership and kindness can go hand in hand.
Making Magical Memories — Her Platform with Purpose
Through her platform “Making Magical Memories,” Emmalee shares the values of beloved storybook heroines — kindness, courage, and hope — while bringing joy to children facing medical or personal hardships. Every visit, every song, and every smile is a reminder that even in hard times, magic is real.

 Leader. Mentor. Visionary.
Whether she’s mentoring young women, organizing community events, or helping local business owners find their voice, Emmalee is passionate about using her experience to inspire others to chase their “happily ever after.”

Her leadership at 21 Elm Street has created a thriving community of female entrepreneurs — a real-world example of women supporting women.
A Life Filled with Family, Faith & Fun
Outside of business and pageantry, Emmalee enjoys spending time with her husband and loved ones, exploring small towns across New York, and celebrating life’s little luxuries — from a perfect day of working at a local coffee shop to a dazzling, magical moment at Walt Disney World & Disneyland (Emmalee is an annual passholder!)

She’s a believer in hard work, grace under pressure, and the power of positivity — values she brings to every appearance, project, and performance.
A Reign of Empowerment & Authenticity
As United States of America’s Mrs. New York 2026, Emmalee Cinotti is redefining what it means to wear the crown. Her story is one of service, sparkle, and strength — a modern woman who believes that when you lift others up, you rise too.

Emmalee Cinotti isn’t just representing New York — she’s representing what’s possible for women balancing marriage, careers, family and community impact.
