• If submitting hard copies, any additional pages beyond the one-page limit will be discarded. Please follow the directions carefully to ensure your bio is accepted.

2. Save your bios as PDF and convert it to a JPEG file.

3. To convert:

   • Edit in Word​

   • Save file as a PDF

   • Go to https://pdf2jpg.net/

   • Upload PDF, select 300DPI, hit Convert

   • Download JPEG file

Hard Copy:

• Mail FOUR (3 hole punched) copies to the address below.

• Must be postdated no later than 01/20/2026

• DO NOT SPRAY YOUR BIO WITH PERFUME.
